so about 2 weeks ago, i got 2 accounts suspended 72h and overturned while questing with kicks.

last night i was suspended on 1 of those 2 accounts. Was posting 50-100 auctions a day, farming maybe 2-3 hours, chatting on my toon with friends, also ran DS last night. This account was slapped with another 72h, i made a ticket stating that i can't even play the game anymore because everytime i try to make some gold to buy stuff on my account, i get banned...

Thank you for your follow-up contact. An additional review of the previously communicated action taken against the World of Warcraft account on this battle.net account has been completed. Unfortunately, we have confirmed our initial findings. The account action will not be reversed or amended.

had a 3rd account which is new. Been running kicks profile, suspended after being on for 18 hours, 4-10 auctions (cloth), mid 60's paladin. This was overturned and activated again.

Back in March 2011, my 100% legit account (I've never botted before last month) was permanently banned when I mailed 30k gold from my bank alt to my main on the exact same account. I'm not talking about from one account to another account on the same BNet account. I'm talking about one account with the exact same user ID and pw. Blizzard finally reversed it after I bitched for about 3 days straight. Of course it was a false alarm on their part, but that just goes to show how hasty and inaccurate their ban scripts are.

Along that same vein, I suspect that the majority of their email support is either entirely automated or largely automated and approved by non-native English speakers. I say this because the responses I get often have nothing to do with email I compose, but they do address some buzzword I initially typed.
