72 hr ban 1 day overdue

Anyone else experienced this before?

Got an account banned for 72 hours 4 days ago.
Its been pretty much exactly 4 days since the GM responded and gave me a 72 hr ban and its still locked

It can take up to 72 hours for your account to be unlocked after the 72 hours is up (Blizzard logic).

No but seriously, are you counting right? From my past experience it was 72 hours after I received the e-mail which was like 18 hours after I actually for banned.

ATM its been 96 hours since I revieved the ticket response saying youre banned for 72 hours.

I had my 72h changed to document verifications on quite a few accounts, check your ticket status, maybe it was updated for you and your 72h was changed aswell.

i got them back after about 100 and 120 hours
