72 hours suspension

Yesterday while i was doing TOGC got DC after i tried to reconnect i got an email form blizzard saying they reseted it, so after a few mins i got an email saying i got a suspension for using a "hack", so i sent the dispute right away.

Im waiting for they answer, but last time i didt it, i got an answer form them like 5 days after my suspension was lifted, so no much hope on it.

1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account?
Honorbuddy

2)If so, when was the last time?:
Yesterday, i got suspended yesterday.

3)What profile were you using?:
One from 1-60 dont remember the name

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
Shaman wow or whatever its named.

5)What plugins are you using?:
None

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
I botted around 16-20 hour sper day during the last 5 days, before that almost never botted.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
2-3

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
None, just wow addons, and they were downloaded and installed from Curse client.

Today i got they answer from my appeal , this is what they told me:

Very nice Congrats. Wouldn't mind a few tips for what you said to them since you were successful. I have never gotten a ban or suspension overturned

All you need is a good imagination and a bit of common sense =p

So far i've unbanned 7 accounts that were banned all together (account security notice)
And another 4 for the exact same reason.

Each account had a different story made up for sure..

Just to let everyone know my account was banned and i kept askin for the evidence that showed why my account was banned they said that in 5hrs i had gathered over 600 nodes and was using a telaport hack or something like that the only program i had ever used was gatherbuddy also take this into mind everything that you msg to anyone about botting or what not is logged and they use that as evidence aginst you there is no such thing as free speech in the game as if your talkin about bots your using them as from what they have told me. kinda strange u if you talk about something u must be using it and still very odd that i had herbed over 600 nodes in 5hrs using gatherbuddy but hey i guess im not going to win my account back but atleast i got the evidence that i wanted and i am able to share it with everyone so that the same mistake does not happen to a fellow botter

The problem here is that this was a suspension, why do people bother trying to push for further investigations on their accounts?
Yes it worked this time and the infraction was cleared but next time they might dig around a little further and then ban you out right.

Also you were in TOGC? Is this a main account or something?

Yes its my main account, my only account.

Like another person said, you only need good imagination.

This is my second 72 horus suspension on this account, both were appelead and both were removed, i only tell them things like "what? i have never used any program of that kind, i read the EULA and im nto doing nothing against it, double check it because you are wrong, etc"

Also i know by prior experiences, that if you ask them for proofs of the suspension, you are doomed, dont do it, just lie, but make up something good, thats it.
