You are receiving this message in response to the help petition which you submitted regarding a suspension that has been applied to your account.

After investigation it seems that your account was flagged as suspicious, as it seems you were online for almost 4 days without any breaks.

After reviewing the logs, it appears that your account was used with third party software, also known as Botting.

Unfortunately due to evidence uncovered, this suspension cannot be removed, and the warning placed on your account will remain in place. It's important that this kind of issue doesn't occur again, as further issues like this may result in the permanent loss of the account.

Im not sure, how you can say that ive been botting. Yes ive been on for a long time, and aint thinking of stopping being online much. I wear a "wrist" wich i got because of some criminal's ive been doing, so im forced to stay in my home for 3 months. I only got a few hours out each week, so yes i play like nonstop. But why cant i just play if i want to. Im just confused how you guys can handle like that, i guess you have'nt whispered me ingame since i would have seen it then.

How did you reply to them, just replied via email? I got suspended for 72 hours once and i wasnt able to reply back...

A wrist? Its a damn ankle bracelet not a wrist and it blows. I cant think of anyone that would call it a wrist when its bound to your ankle... And who the hell doesnt know that? Its plastered all over like every csi cop show ever existed.

Actually you're wrong in this instance.
By the looks of the email this is on EU servers, which means it's not 'American-English'.
Apologise is how it's spelled in Australia and UK.
 
suspension is not ban and its not that easy to unban a really banned account.
 
Yeah, I would probably not post that much detail as we're not alone on these forums..
