72 Hour Suspension

Today (as most days) I was running HonorBuddy on my DK (completely bot leveled from 55-70 thus far). All was going well, left to get some food. Upon coming back it said I had been disconnected, attempted to log back in and recieve the account action information. Checked my email and recieved what I will put below. I have in the past (6 months ago or more) used teleportation programs lightly, for about a week or so. Since then I have not touched them. When reading through the email that appears to be what I am in trouble for, not actually using the bot to level with. Any suggestions on what may have caused this? Any help is appreciated.

Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized ***** Programs ("Hacks")

This suspension happened because one or more characters on this account were identified using an unauthorized ***** program, also known as a "hack.". These programs provide character benefits normally not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. Use of these unauthorized programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players and superscede the intended limits of the game.

Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

I use both, but at the time of the account issue Honorbuddy was running.

While the account was disconnected.

3)What profile were you using?:
Kick's 68-80 Alliance questing profile

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
I was using Fpsware Death Knight

5)What plugins are you using?:
AutoEquip, Bugsubmitter, ItemAura, RefreshmentDetection

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
8-10

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
Most of the time during the day/evening. Rarely at night. I was watching the bot all day until I left to get food. Not one message or issue from outside people.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
Spread out over 3 characters perhaps 100.

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
No.

9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
No.

10)EU or US realm?
US realm, Scilla

I called Blizzard, spoke to a guy about it for ~5 minutes. Finished my dinner and the account was unlocked. Oh well.

Same thing happened to me, so I just wrote a bitchy response to them about I don't use "hacks" and blah blah... they unsuspended my account.

Sounds like something just triggered an auto ban and it assumed you had been using some other program to do things other than bot according to the email.

I also got hit with this today, I got one back so far. IDK if I should try to get the others back.

They seem to be unbanning a lot of accounts lately. Guess they just dont check things out like they use to before banning. They use to ban once they knew for sure you were botting and generally you couldnt get out of it.
Glad you did though. Grats. Just lay low for awhile.

Well heres an update. I just got my second account unbanned.
