i raid and pvp with tyrael and tuanha monk -- not at all sure where i would have been called out for anything... any ideas?

Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs ("Hacks")

This suspension happened because one or more characters on this account were identified using an unauthorized cheat program, also known as a "hack.". These programs provide character benefits normally not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. Use of these unauthorized programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players and superscede the intended limits of the game.

Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

I never use anything but rotation on this account. - this is what concerns me

Well that's odd. Maybe it was the class routines that were getting people banned after all and not GB/HB?

Seems odd though, I can't think of any way in which they would detect tyrael raiding. IMO it's the Public Class Routines?

Idk what to say really, this is astonishing.

Its easier than you could guess - player reports!

Some dedicated or obsessed pvp-ers know if you are botting your toon, simply because the the CR interrupt them almost instant, which is not really possible for 99.99% of the humans.

If they check logs and timestamps, they could see only the lag applied between cast and interrupt, and since that usually lead to their death in pvp, they are furious enough to fill a report against you!

The ban mail states about autoban trigger, which again lead to enough player reports for it.

I got hit with a 72 hour suspension yesterday as well. I've been mostly dungeoning using lazyraider, and only a couple hours of leveling a day.

At least it's only a 72 hour instead of a perma-ban.
