72 hour suspension, should i appeal?

The E-mail i got says i've received a 72 Hour Suspension for, Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs ("Hacks") it says: 'Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries' i was botting BG with BG buddy, is that considered a 'Hack'?
i wasn't using any speed boosts or 'Hacks' should i appeal?

same happened to me on 4 accounts on us at 3 accounts the first day using gatherbuddy in uldum private profile and the next day the 4th account without even logged in just grind for 2-3 hours but i was watcing it i logged out and when i tried to log some hours later suspended..... so i guess they are checking ip or email recipient..... i'm waiting the 72 hours suspented to finish now i'm curious to see if i still have my gold or the deleted......
and then what? should i bot again with these account or what???

Same thing happened to me yesterday, I still have yet to receive the e-mail so I don't know what it was for and how long I have been banned for. When I try and log in it says temporarily suspended soo im guessing its a 72 hour...

dont try and appeal the last thing you need is someone taking a hard look at your account. just wait it out, and change your tactics.

im appealing both of mine. As someone else stated before, i think its normal for a person to appeal a suspension....just my 2 cents.

you should be fine, just change up your tactics, dont keep doing the same thing that got you banned.

Alirght, account has been open and access has been restored! Want to know how I did it? I didn't choose "I got banned and wish to appeal" I chose "I can't log in" and said "Hello, I got home from work today and I can't log in, it says that my account has been temporarily suspended but I haven't received an e-mail or anything? What's going on here?" and the GM replied with "Thank you for contacting us concerning the recent action taken against the World of Warcraft account ***. After a thorough review of the circumstances involved in this action, the account has been reopened and access restored."

i'll take this moment to LOL
i know a few extreme botters "my pc is running for 3 days now botting... and those extreme they bot a character from one maintaince to the other without logging out" and none of them got banned in the EU realm but on the US realm i've seen a few "less than a day" botters getting banned

change to EU its less banning

I appealed it, and access was restored. i said never used hacks and the restored my account in 2 hours

i just wanted to add that i lost an account from a appeal made in jan. they basically looked into my account for 3 whole fucking month and receive a letter saying their suspicion is correct and will close my account. granted i botted like a retard but still they still treat your appeal like a suspension which mean sure you get to play but they will monitor your account hardcore...
it use to be getting a 72 you appeal the next time you get another 72
now its just 72 whether you appeal or not its still count as 1st offence and next time its perm ban. also when you appeal they will look into your account hard....
bliz isnt stupid so many botters are appealing their account now.....think about it
