72 hour suspension for using bot

i am not sure for the reason,it said 72 hour suspension. but i think its because i was afking with instance buddy and someone must have reported me.
Should i complain for some reason or say an excuse?.
And if you think so. What should be the reason ?

When i looked into my email it said it was for Third party software. So i just complaned saying. :

While i was playing with my character i got Disconnected and i tried to re-log into my account and i couldn't. I look into my email and i have an email saying that i was suspended for a third party program and i didn't understand what was happening. I don't even know what third party program could be?. Was it because i had music playing on my computer ?. I have been playing WoW for 4-5 years. I do not like being suspended when i am playing having some excuse on my email saying blaming me for something that i did not do and that there is not proof for it. It just seems that you can just suspend everyone like that. Did i do something to offend a Game Master, because other than that there is no reason for my account to be suspended and my game time to be lost with no reason. Can you please restore my account..

Lol epic fail. Do you think blizzard employees have never seen anyone deny what they did? That being said, I once did 14 account restorations in a single day, 5 of those accounts were restored twice on the same fucking day. Let me assure you, what you are attempting fails. (epically as mentioned above)

Edit: Ok, I'll let you in on a secret: Basically, when you get caught for the first time, you say sorry and get your account restored within the hour. See how that makes lying a pretty weak choice, especially when there is clear proof? Oh, and why write an email when they have a phone line that's available 7 days of the week? You can try that as well, eventhough it requires some acting skills and they'll usually first tell you that they cannot restore accounts.

I've had countless bans and writing emails or calling has never lead towards an increase in ban duration. Not saying what you are warning of hasn't happened before, but I've always got the ban lifted or alternatively an email that tells me it's not gonna happen.

The guy was suspended. Therefore if he waits, no more investigation of his account. Whereas a ban is perma until lifted. I fully advocate attempting to get a banned account back by any means possible. But imo, to ask them to look further into a suspension, could cause more trouble, as they have to re-investigate.

I have actually had my account locked for using smoothping. For some reason they counted that as third party software also...

I was ofc referring to suspensions as well. Otherwise my whole post would make little sense. ;P

While it could theoretically lead to problems, I've never had that happen and think it's highly unlikely unless you behave like a total dimwit.
