It?s my first Suspension what means "Final Warning" ?
And what should i do after the 72 Hours?

Final Warning means if you receive another suspension it will turn into a permanent account closure. After the 72 hours are over you are free to use your account again.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: on this char 0 on my AH Char 100-200 per day

That is a bit suspiscious, 100-200 auctions/day might atract some unwanted attention

yeah lol 100-200 is asking to get banned :d
send to different chars or do less auctions a day

I use a boat about one month, still
Didn't receive blocking for it

I don't understand why people get banned I've always botted 24/7 on all my accounts and characters. 30k gold in a couple of days of mining, battlegrounds from 30-85 in a few days, archeology for 3 days straight and everything.

Only time I got a ban was a 3 day ban when I botted AV for the entire AV weekend non stop and after that I kept botting and had no bans since.

Just LUCK.

I' ve a story similar to your.
I' ve been botting 24/7 since feb 2010 with different chars and yesterday got my first suspension.
Just Bad Luck, someone reported :)

When you think about it 100-200 Auctions a day shouldnt be to much of a worry considering that hundreds of people "Play the Market" (Merchanting) which would involve selling alot of items per week and i mean Alot unless of course they could have tracked all AH purchases for you account to see if you were Buying -> Selling or just Selling, Either way seems like alot of work to catch someone out :S

I think the question that should be added to all ban reports is whether you watched you bot 100% or not. Some kind of question like: What % of the time did you watch your bot?

Most likely it is not the AH listings that got you but someone spotted your actions and reported you. People do not need to whisper you or follow you to figure out you are a bot. The only one able to fend that off is you babysitting the bot, watching for people around you, and changing your actions if they look to botty.

I used to feel the same way you did. After losing 10 accounts over the past few months, I'm rethinking it.
Just sayin
