72 hour suspension and a Licence termination email

So on Monday i received 2 emails at once. One was a 72 hour suspension and another was a licence termination. When I tried to log on my account it said that it was temporarily suspended not ban.

Right now I am wondering if anyone knows if the licence termination was accidental?
