I last used & updated a week ago. I update everything every time I log into HB/GB Banned on Nov 11th around 7pm blizzard time.

Questing with Kick's [H - Quest] 12-58 K-EK [Kick]
Before that, only using Tyreal & Brodie

5)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
Default Shaman
Default Priest
Before that ban, Default, Pure Rotation, or Fury Unleashed for warrior.

Before that ban, only using Tyreal & Brodie

7)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
1-4 hours on any given day. That day only 1hr 45 minutes.

8)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
99% I watch the screen constantly when I am using hb/gb if I can't watch it, I turn it off.

9)How many auctions per day did you have?:
about 6 auctions, all pets I had too many of.

I contested one account of my 2 accounts that got 72 hour ban at the same time. Upon response through e-mail and later in live chat they insisted I was using Honorbuddy and informed me it was an automated script ban then stated I have to sit through the 72 hour ban and to not use the HB again, the next ban would be permanent one. I don't always believe what they say but on this, I do feel they are/were watching my ip in game for a while. btw I never once admitted to using a program.

Im sure some disgruntled gamer probably thought I was botting & reported me because that makes sense to me & I understand that. I will not be using my HB/GB for a while. I was using it heavily for a week just using Tyreal with Pure Rotation or fury unleashed routines/CC's. I was on 2nd account with HB on pause from questing to do some crafting while questing on the 1st account. Logged out to have dinner, came back on & was banned. Before that day I had only been using HB on 1st account for months.

I have been using HB for several years & was caught once a long time ago but contested & won on that ban (not so lucky this time). I usually just use HB/GB to level alts through questing or use Tyreal since it was released. When I do use HB/GB I'm there 99% of the time, I take frequent breaks (pause/stop the bot to do other things) like I would if I were playing by hand. Whatever the reason I got popped, I figure it needed to be reported here. I can only speculate based on what I was told in live chat.

As far as GB is concerned, it doesn't matter if you are 101% there all the time. Running the same profile, running through same set of nodes in a pre-determined course, same blacklisted nodes that weren't harvested, over a period of 1-4hrs is enough to trigger LCP detection.

You could look at the screen all day doing GB and still get banned without any stucks or player reports. AFAIK, automated suspension is usually triggered through LCP detection, and they don't have relevant proof that you use HB, less to name to you that you use it. That's why you are given a 72hr suspension.

Those who really got caught through 3rd party scanning, were usually banned outright. As with many of the old timers here, were never given a second chance.

Now that you are suspended once, I'd advise you from using HB/GB at all. The next time they monitor you, they might just scan your processes to justify their action for the next penalty, perma ban.

The 2nd one, usually has no chance of turn over. As my experience tells me.... lost over 10+ accounts to this.

Account #1 got the first warning listed. I have used GB only once at the beginning of xpac, with the in game 4 winds farms up I don't need to use it anymore. I only use HB to level & quest. I don't always use a profile, sometimes I manually select quests and just use a combat bot like tyreal.

First time I got caught I got the "Third-Party Automation Software" and managed to beg my way out of that perma ban. But that was a very long time ago and I had first time offense on my side.

This is still curious as to how Sloppy's account was caught and banned since he wasn't using GB2 ("I have used GB only once at the beginning of xpac") and was only doing CRs. I'm surprised more attention wasn't drawn to this.
