72 hour Ban (first)

3)What profile were you using?:
-79+ Library Guardian Storm Peaks (grinding profile)
-though this ban can be attributed to the botting i have been doing mixed pvp/instance/grind bots to level a new toon.

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
-Deathknight.

5)What plugins are you using?:
-no plug ins, just standard full member

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
-8 to 12 <---- the long times were a mistake

7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
-none this was purely levelling

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
-no

9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
-no

10)EU or US realm?
-Shadowmooon.... not sure which that is


*this is my first ban and will be the last i use on my main account, FYI to all those as daring as I... if you have just found the bot it is great but be controlled in use unless you are happy with the risk*

*also i believe this was a player report ban*

Call them up now and dispute it. Don't wait it out, call them and complain. Ask why you were banned.

Possibly get it lifted and get you unmarked from then investigating things further.

Yeah but im in Australia... there closed at the moment and i have no idea when they open again....

Bliz watches the Mails, Grindings, big Money transfers. Not all but they do, heared from a lot of people 72h ban for such this things. try to contact them, most of them got there toons back without a warning.

ok, well ill call them when there open im sure it will be fine... 72 hour bans are generally player reports if they KNEW i was botting for sure they would have out right banned me..... though something was wierd before i got the 72 ban notification i got an email telling me my PW was reset... is that so if it is a bot it wont auto log back in?

actually got suspension too, password reset shortly before, pretty sure it's blizzard's doing.

This is one problem i see with Grinding profiles.... at say level 78 in one area for 12 hours grinding the same mobs over and over. If someone sees you and reports you then your screwed. Questing and Archeology FTW.

Yes and ... think about it reasonably. Who in their right mind would sit there and grind the same mobs over and over for 12 hours? I tend to lean towards the safe side and mix it up a little.

grinding for leveling is not the way to go... very risky. Questing to leveling to 60. 60-85 arch. agree 100% with haxed
