72 hour and final warning due to hacked account

first ever ban had my accout hacked and they traded 100k gold than a holes and i get lumped with a 72 hour and final warning ban what ass holes any one know what i can do to get them to see it was not me i never sell my gold and only have 1 accout right now

open a ticket and fight it they should be able to see it was from a diffrent ip than you normaly connect from
