5)What plugins are you using?: Autoequip2, Drinkpotions, Refreshment Detection & CavaPluging (while using Cava Profile)
6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 8~~9 (which are the hours i spend playing also, since i just leave it background botting)

72 hour ban; seems like it was automated because the mail i received was signed by "GM Team" without any GM Name. I tried to appeal it because i didnt received the mail in the first place and they just said i was caught using third party programs and that the system auto banned me. Meh, time to get a new account, since the email says that the next ban is permanent and i cant afford risk to losse a 6 years old acc xD
