No we are shutting down development of Honorbuddy as of patch 7.1.

As always, the bot will be down on patch day. Hopefully it will be back up within a day or two. Internal tests are done before public releases.

I am fairly new to HB and haven't been through a major content patch before, I didn't know if having the PTR made downtime a non factor. Just had to ask to make sure. Thank you for the response and the humor.

But then , in that 7.1 patch - and I dont know about previous case - a big chunk (at least for the client side) is already available, not to mention the ptr.

On the last "ninja" patch, the downtime was already consequent, I fail to understand how the downtime seems to be as big as it is for any sort of uptade.

I'm not bitching or criticizing, just trying to understand the process.

Because PTR != live client.
