**My opinion**
Blizzard is processing random data packets received for all accounts. The packet contains data if a mouse button or keyboard key was pressed. Blizzard may also be checking to see if mouse and key presses are actually tied to the action bar buttons. Simply put, Blizzard is collecting data from your keyboard and mouse. No one at Blizzard is reviewing log files. Data is being loaded into a database. Queries are being run. These queries have rules and the botter gets X suspension or a perma ban depending on the query logic.
Thank you blizzard for many years of entertainment. As I have aged my hands and fingers are worn out. Thank you HB for allowing me to play a WoW for a couple of more years. I'm done. I wish both companies the best.
