6 month ban- any way of detecting their scans and logging them?

Used CRs and was doing archaeology
I don't raid
I did level 13 toons to 100
I do not sell much in Ah
I have never bought or sold gold
I had about 40k gold when banned

I did not use Garrison butler
I play friendly. (nice to others)

Sucks but that's the risk.
Still botting.
Started my other account I have a warrior, monk, and hunter at 95 now. F-off blizz.

Would like a way to log when someone scans my cpu process and ram? Has to be a way of 1) detecting it 2) who's doing it.
any ideas?

This makes me want to show up at blizz con in my Honorbuddy Tshirt....
