Spoke with phone support. I was able to re-sub, which they admitted was an error and that would be refunded. I was playing extremely casually and logged on to do maybe 1-2 dungeons. Only thing used was a CR. I didn't want to use any anti-afk or movement plugins/routines. They mentioned initially that this occurred in December, then stated Late Nov/Early Dec. They confirmed that the account was accessed on the same IP as the IP the account was registered and that it was not a reversible decision.
