6 hours no help

until now I wait 6 hours and I get no help ok first help with a link and does not get a email in my spam folders is that a joke or makes tea time until now I have to say your support is badly

I dont know how it is where you live, but where I come from weekends and holidays are usually - time off work.
And there are plenty of other helpful people in the community you can ask that would try to help you out if you just ask nicely.
Also if english is not your first language, or even second or third used, you can allways use google translate to better get your point through and to have people understand you better.

Wow people stop flaming the forums. As for your request for help... there are a few things to consider. People have mentioned holidays and weekends, which are true, but mostly you should give it 24 hours so that the time zones can roll over. The support guys do not necessarily keep the same waking hours that you do so try to give it a bit more time. If that doesnt work then post a new thread describing your issue in detail so that people know what it is that you need help with! Good luck and welcome to the community.
