Will appeal the bans should get the majority back. Interesting to note that the bans occurd 12hours after i added 2 new accounts via scroll of ressurection. Apparently runing more than 5 accounts from one ip is a bad idea.

I do not believe that the scroll has to do with it. I believe more because you've connected more than 5 accounts in the same ip. the scroll brought many people to the game, and not all farmers are ..

I dont think its the scrolls fault either just wanted to mention it in regards to the 2 new accounts

I have to say, though, I've been running 6 accounts from the same IP without any issue since 4.3 came out.

I don't think that's the problem.

Btw, are ALL your accounts running Vashj'ir profiles or did you just name one? If they are, are they on different servers?

All in all, public profiles (as good as zuabros' are) are a big nono in my book.

Hope you get them back.

Hm managed to get 2 accounts reduced to 72h but the following makes me wonder

Ihr Account wurde auf Grund der Nutzung unerlaubter Drittanbietersoftware permanent gesperrt. Dies stellt einen Versto? gegen unsere Nutzungsbedingungen dar. Der hier relevante Teil der Nutzungsbestimmungen (Blizzard Entertainment:Battle.net: Nutzungsbestimmungen) kann unter Artikel Nummer 50088 auf Battle.net Support nachgelesen werden und sagt aus:

W?hrend der World of Warcraft Client (der Client) ausgef?hrt wird, kann der Client den Arbeitsspeicher (RAM) Ihres Computers und / oder die CPU Ihres Computers nach nichtautorisierter Drittanbietersoftware scannen, die zeitgleich mit World of Warcraft ausgef?hrt wird. Dar?ber hinaus wird der Client das Spielinstallationsverzeichnis scannen, um sicherzustellen, dass nur nicht-gehackte Originalsoftware verwendet wird. Der einzige Zweck dieses Scanvorgangs ist es, sicherzustellen, dass unsere Spieler in einer cheat-freien Umgebung spielen. Nach einer erneuten Untersuchung Ihres Falles k?nnen wir die mehrmalige Nutzung derartiger Software von Ihrem Account aus best?tigen und halten daher die gegen Ihren Account getroffenen Ma?nahmen f?r angemessen. Auf eine weitere Nachfrage in dieser Sache werden wir nicht antworten und betrachten diesen Fall als abgeschlossen.

In diesem Zusammenhang m?chten wir Sie darauf hinweisen, dass die Ma?nahmen die in diesem Fall getroffen wurden nicht auf neue Accounts angewendet werden, sollten Sie sich entschlie?en diese zu erstellen. Jedoch werden z.B. Charaktere des gesperrten Accounts weiterhin gesperrt bleiben. Wenn Sie einen neuen Account erstellen m?chten, werden Sie einen neuen CD-Key und ein neues Spiel ben?tigen.

not sure what to make of it.

Edit: for the non German speakers. They say that a bot program has been detected while scanning my RAM.

First of if they had definite proof they would have reduced it to 72 hours. Second i dont think theres any possibility that my other accounts would have survived if the had detected the ban. Still think the ban was script triggered and gm reviewed it.

maybe the scroll will bring back some players but. The smart ones will not come back. And most the ones who do come back will not pay a monthly sub after it is up

Its just a bunch of crap information. They reduce it to 72hours since they're not 100% sure that you were botting.

If they were 100% sure, it would be a permanent ban.
