from you experience of the past guys - what do you think how long HB will be down? Days? Weeks? Or even longer? Just wanna know what to expect and if it's worth buying keys at the moment

Based on what happened at mop launch, it will be offline one week more or less at the prepatch, while less time (or no time, I found that at the mop launch the beta of honorbuddy was operational that same day) at the wod official launch. But from this to have a fully operational honorbuddy without bugs will take much more time.. like one month or more after the expansion launch.

You have also to consider that Blizzard will launch a lot of hotfixes the first months, and honorbuddy will need to go offline at each one for some days, to check the changes.

Of course these things can change a lot, it depends also on Blizzard, not only on the honorbuddy team.
 
The pressure is very high to make an update as soon as possible.
There are many new things recently added, included the buddy store.
Also the developers need time to update all there plugins, profiles etc.
In my opinion they can not leave honnorbuddy down to long.
I think a lot of people here think the same about it.
Lets hope the best and downtime is finaly reduces to the minimum of a few days.
 
Im looking foward to the auction houses merged, it will be nice for me, my realm is low pop i need more costumers. ;)

Biggest load of BS that's been posted in this thread. You have absolutely zero proof of this statement, and as the HB team has had a working beta on the test realms for weeks, I'm going to go out on a limb and say you have no idea what you're talking about.
 
Tony said they have a build ready that works on the Beta realms, so Im guessing that we can have a working HB within not to long time after patch release next week.

Yea he is a load of BS I was going to say give us a link and show us some real info but then I read his later post begging for HB not to be down for less then a few days, I dont care how long HB is down for as I want my accounts more safe then releasing a buggy HB

Incorrect. This patch removed the 3000 VP requirement. If you've started the quest you can continue to work on it until WoD launches in November, however if you have NOT started the quest, then you will not be able to start it after the pre-patch. If I misunderstood the question, I hope I still cleared things up for you.

They will be putting in a legendary ring that will supposedly require 25 wins in the new PvP area (I forgot the name). The ring was datamined on WoWHead. I read it on an MMO Champion post on Facebook. The rings stats are pretty nice, and they have an "Equip" proc, not an "On Use" one. Supposedly, the ring quest will be harder than the cloak quest was, so I'm not looking forward to it.
 
Yes, Bullshit. Did you happen to take a look at the post date for that? It was in July. In case you aren't aware how long ago that was, it was 90 days ago. There's absolutely nothing that has shown that those warden updates (which were apparently rolled back) had absolutely anything to do with WoD.
 
All it says is that Blizzard is working on a new Warden System does not mean its in and being used on the BETA or Patch. It really just means blizzard got off their lazy ass to work on a fix from botters but that could take years from now. If something does change HB just shuts down as it detects any changes, If you dont have trust in HB then dont use it, its that easy.

Its not just gold farmers using HB now its casuals that use it, blizzard is still getting great cash from people who dont even play their account most of the time. All I can say is never over use a cheat in any game, that is just a great way to get noticed even faster.
