5man heroic farm? Viable for making gold?

I used to do this in Mop and it made a decent amount of gold. Wondering if this is still a good option and how risky is 5man heroic farming?

The GPH Isnt bad- however blizzard seem to have nipped it in the bud.. You will find your self banned sooner then later.. I'm not sure how they do it.. ive done some pretty extensive testing over this expansion- always ended in perm bans.

I'd say 14 months, that's about when it ended. Had some accounts which had amassed 700k. Which was a lot. Multiply that by 90 accounts...And then selling retail for 1 usd / 1000g...Oh the glory days...

Now, just forget about it. There are better ways of making money, mostly in SEO / amazon / shit auto written blogs / youtube videos with link spammage etc...
