5 Days without the use of HB ever since HB3 Update... PLEASE HELP

As title states, haven't been able to use HB ever since the update from HB2 - HB3. Please help me sort this out 2nd time I have posted and just gotten some reluctant reply "go update HB" obviously didn't work.
