5 accounts banned

It had to come to me, but looking at the number of bans today, i must say it looks suspiciously related.
Thing is, I was using the exact same macro on my selling chars...

anyway, I'll send the mails and see if I get anyunlocked. Otherwise well, I'll have to think about what I'll do: I've paid for some expensive sport gear witht he money I made form gold, so I'm quite happy with that

Posting on AH with your farming account takes 6 times as long as just mailing it to a bankalt. Furthermore theres nothing wrong with botting 24/7 it's all about luck. You can bot 12 hours a day and then u have 1/2 the chance of a ban u get banned after twice the amount of time and u make half the gold there's seriously no point.

Eh, I still have accounts I bot for 24 hours, everytime I'ev been banned its from selling a shit ton of gold and linking it to the guild bank from the vanilla I sold on

I guess tha's what happenned. also, and it wasn't really clever I advertised for gold using a fantastic little addon : Multiwhisper to be found on curse. And I used the same characters on my vanilla that I used to sell gold with. Maybe those 2 flags triggered the investigation... Yet, have you seen the amount of people banned following pirox's banwave? there sure is something fishy there...

Nothing fishy. Blizzard even admitted they are stepping up enforcement against PvP and Arch bots. Even though HB/GB isn't detected this will have collateral damage to HB's Arch bot too.

This to me means they are even further stepping up the processing of player reports. If they are able to get where they can respond to player reports in a very timely fashion its going to get really ugly. I think one of the saving graces is that it still takes them a while to get around to investigating and by that time the evidence is cold.
