5 account dilema

I have 5 accounts botting dungeoning to level at the moment. However my tank is level 81 whilst the rest of my group is 80, however now I can't que for dungeons without bringing my crews ilvl up to 180 which I am having trouble doing quickly, any reccomendations?

buy some crafted gear off the ah, or there is a few mop rares that are around level 80- best bet is crafted shit though.

complete go-to quests of hyjal(takes 5 mins) and buy 232 ilvl gear from vendor near the innkeeper there.
level diffrence mostly happens of some toons dies while in combat and dont get the exp so they fall behind.

You can just buy some gear off that Hyjal vendor without any rep or anything. Just get a couple of pieces per char to get you over the ilvl requirements.

As above, I tend to do the intro Hyjal quests whilst I pop and have a cup of tea or dinner, then come back and load up on the Hyjal vendor.

This is my main complaint about trying to run 5x RaF Dungeonbuddy. Even for people hand leveling via dungeons, really. I really hope Blizzard fixes the iLevel requirements when they adjust the stats for WoD.

Most of the time, I just buy gear on the AH because I'm too lazy to change all my profiles to questing and load profiles, etc.
