Is this Blizzard Autoban a message / email. - Or is there behind it, and Blizzard has banned my account?

I guess you have translated it with google or similar?

Because it does not really look like official email on English CS by tons of reasons.

If we assume, this is translation - yes it is automatic ban mail, not manual.

Why should they 72h you? Is there a reason for blizz? You botted, now you got banned, thats all. Open a ticket but they won't revert it nor change it to 72h.

They used to turn it to 72h always with few-accounts botters, but these, which do bot dungeons for gold on several or more accounts, rarely have chance for overtune.

Controversary, when unknown-to-us number of bots have been flagged as connected each other, usually when running tons of bots on single machine, the severe "Abuse of Economy" ban reason take place instead of the trivial "3rd party" one.
