A user of the above account has recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for the World of Warcraft by the In-Game Support staff of Blizzard Entertainment. This decision was made after a thorough investigation of the situation as a whole.

wtf they banned you for harassment (herbing) ?? 48 hours?? Everything is wrong here :O
 
Turned it on, went to mall, came home, offline. Yeah I think its funny too, hopefully they dont investigate too hard haha.
 
Yeah Nina Nodes was OFF. only herbing, had druid plugin so it stayed in flight form. so woudlnt even enter combat. sold 2k herbs on alt through trade.
 
When you drop down and they beat you to it, you stand there for a few secs. Its easy to see your a bot. So turn on "Don't ninja nodes" and save yourself a hassle
 
Yeah, don't wanna piss people off without need. Let them have their shitty node, for every one they get you get 10 :)
 
I can write an anti-ban template for you, never seen this and I'm interested if I can overturn this.

To Whom It May Concern,

I have recently acquired a notification that I've been actioned against by the In-Game Support staff, I am extremely confused because of this ban and conclude that the action against my account is unjustified... I have read the notification and it appears that I was banned incorrectly as the offense stated for the 48 hour ban was "herbing"... herbing in itself does not constitute as "Harassment" as the nodes in which are collected are a "Free for all" and "First come, first served" basis and are not restricted to a specific user or group.

I have been gathering nodes but I believe that in such a scenario as when a person reports another for harvesting that node first and the other player does not get the node, this does not amount to "Harassment".

Please submit additional information as to why I had been banned as it now stands the clarity of the offense is not clear and I declare that I have made no such offence and would greatly appreciate the appeal sent to overturn the 48 hour ban currently affecting my account and any record of such a ban to be retracted as it puts a invalid mark on my reputable account.

dont care about reports they steal your node also as i dont play the game anymore i play fps games again. and its not theirs any node in wow you can take does he have a contract on that node? even a real player steals it.
 
yep yep hb is detectable that is why the buddy team lets their users use a detectable product "sarcasm"
