Just getting around to posting this now, been a little busy.

1)Were you using DemonBuddy on the account at the same time the ban/suspension occurred? (Kicked offline due to being Banned)
Not sure, came home and all 9 diablo instances had closed down (looked like my internet DC'ed)

2)If not, when was the last time?:
Same day 8/17

3)If using a public profile please name it here:
Core + Korsikk + Skycrown v2 (act 3, 5-6 min runs)

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
Belphagor

5)What plugins are you using?:
None

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
24/7 (Not really though because DB crashed frequently)

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
60-70% I work from home and can monitor them.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
~30 had paypal hooked to 3 accounts, I was able to sell about 80 mil per day this way back when it was $2.5 on RMAH, was all about timing of the auctions

7.5) Did you use the Real Money Auction House (RMAH)?
Yes

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, Mods, or Exploits?
No

9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
Yes using RMAH

10)What server region where you connected to (The Americas, Europe or Asia)?
Americas

None of the accounts involved in gold selling got hit, it was my "middle" 4 accounts. First 3 accounts safe, next 4 banned, last 2 safe. Before this I lost 10 accounts with IB early mid July, so my total ban count is 14. Yes I am using the same computer / IP as the previous banned accounts, however it makes no sense for blizzard to tie these things together, otherwise all my accounts would get hit (even in first wave not all the accounts I had got hit, all on same PC).

Interesting issue with 3/4 of my accounts that got banned, I had to contact blizzard tech support. The reason being is that I purchased them online, however due to so many purchases at their store it set off the fraud alert on my credit card, so I had to go to the store and buy copies there, enter the codes online and get the accounts unlocked. There was 1 other account like this that I had to do that with but that one is still safe.

Another thing it could be is that not all my bots were running, I can't remember how many but it was 4-5 bots that crashed the night before the ban, so there was only a few that had been running all night, it is possible the ones that were not running were the safe ones.

u still botting 24/7? that's a dumb strategy

Really it is? How much money have you made off botting Diablo? I have been botting 24/7 since the end of May and only been caught in two ban waves, even though there have been several.

Did you even read the post? None of my accounts involved in selling got banned, I am still using them to sell as we speak.

You need to think outside of the box.

None of your accounts selling gold on the RMAH got banned, BUT following the trail of gold they found your farming accounts. Ask yourself one question.. If you were Blizzard would you A) Ban all the accounts or B) Wait till your customer bought more accounts (giving yourself (Blizzard) more profit) then ban them again.

Rinse/repeat.

LOL People are so dumb

You base that upon not knowing me, that in itself is a dumb statement. The single most important factor in the majority of bans "outside of a banwave" is selling things on the RMAH.

Do you realize how much man power that would take from Blizzard? There is no way they would make the process that complicated. My guess is it is a simple process, they have an automated system that looks at some statistic, the last big ban waves before a few days ago were based on games per hour. Then after you are flagged I am sure they have a team that goes through and quickly investigates the flagged accounts and moves on. That is the only feasible way to manage millions of accounts.

If you look at the date of when I said the bans were, they were doing a ban wave. Thinking "outside of the box" is dumb, blizzard doesn't think outside the box because there are too many accounts for them to do so, they will use the most simple efficient method possible, the more man hours they have to spend on it the more it costs them.

Selling things on the RMAH is what got you caught.

don't simply say like that, i have 490m gold collected and 1100 hours runs for my barb and 250 hours run for my WD now. I'm always selling gold in RMAH but still haven't get caught.

I got even more gold collected on some of my accounts! But the truth is that blizzard is targeting gold botting because it ruins the economy in the game!

Ive sold thousands of dollars worth of stuff on the RMAH, run 24/7 and run 6 bots. The RMAH has nothing to do with it.

Thats just stupid... The most reappering factor in wave after wave is GPH profiles or bots. None of them have to do with RMAH. Most people have a main account that they sell things on RMAH. So why did the accounts who just passed the gold over to the main account get banned? =O

I guess time will tell, just don't get into a false sense of security that they won't ban you for selling on the RMAH.

Only thing thats bothering me is that you are just spreading retarded thoughts that have no logic or make sense.
Why would blizzard ban accounts if you are using RMAH?
RMAH isnt against the their Terms, though selling to thirdparty buyers are!

Blizzard is making ton of money on RMAH, so why ban users of it?
Another question you should ask yourself is, why legit users that farm alot is banned.
Ofc they get their accounts back, but still? It have nothing todo with RMAH, because most of them only use gold!
