/facepalm you guys are completely missing the point now.

There's nothing retarded about saying if you bot and sell on the RMAH you have an increased risk of getting banned compared to not selling on the RMAH, if people want to take that risk its fine (I personally don't care).

You guys seem to have taken this as a personal attack or something ridiculous, and as for the above quote I really hope you're trolling because there's so much fail in that statement.

IMO

Bot and sell on RMAH = increased risk of ban
Bot and don't sell on RMAH = slightly less of a risk

I'm not trying to tell anyone what to do, I'm just saying what I've seen from a lot of ban reports (not just on here). You lot have been like a bunch of seagull's over this because I stated something that you didn't agree with...its absolutely priceless.

any argument ? selling on RMAH increase rish of ban ? you know what i have other theory, running diablo 3 with bot increase rish of ban :D You dont know s*** about blizz banning technic, neither me or other guys from this forum. We can only "thinking". Theres only one sure thing blizz catch boters with high GPH and games per hour, wana check ? run some sarkoth 24/7 you will be banned in no time. Im booting since may, and on EVERY day my RMAH is full of items... gues what, no ban. now you can put your theories in shoes.

Please tell us why you came to this conclusion or why you think its LOGIC that blizzard would take RMAH into a factor while banning.

Note how I said IMO = In my opinion

My opinion is my own and I'm not implying its a fact.

Everything is speculation, no one knows for sure. You can only have a guess by what people have been banned by in the past.

As for why I came to this conclusion well...re-read my post

If you were Blizzard would you A) Ban all the accounts or B) Wait till your customer bought more accounts (giving yourself (Blizzard) more profit) then ban them again.

Rinse/repeat.

To me that just seems like a basic thing to do..

A) Flag for X amount of gold sold on RMAH
B) GM's check the flag and see associated accounts
C) Ban accounts associated with it

D) Customer goes and buys more accounts
E) Set another flag on account for X amount of gold
F) See B

You can't tell me the above example wouldn't be a feasible option, it wouldn't take them more than 10 minutes at most.

But i know alot of guys that play the AH and get more money that i do per day and they sell it on RMAH aswell?

You can do this as a normal player, thats why they have the feature. If they would flag people selling gold on RMAH, WHY HAVE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE?
Do you realize how many people there is that selling gold om RMAH? Do you think a that what they are paying employs to do manual check is going to give them
a profit?

You whole theory is flawed because i just check MOST (like ~70%) ban reports here either use a main account or havnt sold on RMAH.
If what you are trying to tell are where true, would it be a greater amount then only ~30% of the banreports that have anything todo with RMAH?

And how do you explain the bans of new accounts that are leveling?
What is the profit in that(for blizzard)?
 
using rmah and gah have nothing to do with bans. if u dont use it.. it prolly looks more like a bot than anything
 
I'm curious, anyone saying RMAH and GAH doesn't get you banned... Have you been banned yet? Not trying to rub it in, just curious.

Guys IMO selling on the GAH = increased risk of ban

I know things and I've read a lot of ban reports so watch out or they gonna find you. Hide ya kids, hide ya wife

Well ive been thinking about something, ive seen in all banposts that they are using Demonbuddy, maybe if they didnt use Demonbuddy, they wouldnt get banned :S
Seems like using that program WILL get you banned!

2 comps 2 different IP(one at my brothers and one at my mothers).
Both using vmware and everything is unique to that VMware.
Im using authenticators to them all.
And i trade via AH.
I got huge friendlist on every account and i have joined public games with them all.

I try to keep every account as mainstream as i possibly can

the friendlist, is it the whole gang one same list I mean, or is it random people you met in pub?
Do you join and leave the pubs or do you actually play?

You only need a phone number to set up paypal. You can add an authenticator to any account in minutes. I also assume he is using WinAuth or an android simulator and not physical autheticators as well, but who knows.
