4)What profile were you using?: Private profile in Votfw and Jade Forest
5)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: Singular
6)What plugins are you using?: None
7)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 6-12
8)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 40 %
9)How many auctions per day did you have?: 0
10)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? Nope
11)Was your account involved in gold selling? Nope
12)EU or US realm? EU
13)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? SoR
First account was a second ban, and instead of writing them 100s of letters, I started a chat, and got this mail afterwards:

Your account was permanently suspended due to the use of 3rd party software, which is against the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use). We take this issue very seriously and would not look to re-activate this account under any circumstances.
It is with regret that we have to take this type of action, however it is in the best interest of the World of Warcraft community as a whole, and for the integrity of the game, that we have cancelled your access to the World of Warcraft servers.
Please be advised that sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create, but the characters from your cancelled account will remain irretrievable. If you should wish to create a new account, you will need to obtain a new and unused CD key with a retail copy of the game.

I'm not really mad about this, as I ran my accounts too much, but they lived for an entire year, so im just happy
