3x500 keys, seem to be getting throttled?

Hi there, few days back I purchased 3 brand new 500 RPM keys to use with my scanner. I don't seem to ever be going over the client-side RPM meter, hardly every go over 1400 unless I'm first starting the scanner. It seems I'm being throttled or something, which causes the RPM to drastically drop to 400-500 and sometimes even to a complete halt of 0. I can't seem to figure out what else the issue could be. Here's a copy of my logs, hoping for some insight into a solution for this.

Ok, not sure who else to ask. I spoke to someone in the hash channel from pogodev discord, they referred me to the support email address. support@thebuddyauth referred me to this forum, just trying to get a better understanding of what I can do to fix this. I'll try and reach out again to pogodev through their website.
