3th time i get my account banned in 1 month

i dunno wtf is going, but i got banned 3 time in this month for always the same auto answer that is gold IRL currency, the thing is i dont sell any gold, never, so i guess im on a blacklist where scam occur more often? so i cant bot anymore? actually i made a ticket yesterday(24 hrs) and still got no answer from blizzard, the 2 time it happened i got unban really fast, probably around 1-2-3hrs maximum, may be i will be perma banned? really gay...

Don't make a ticket, call them and explain.

Don't get upset, you're obviously not doing something safe enough.

sadly my english is not enough good for this(call) + i got message back on my ticket(saying that he will not change their mind) so i guess im done, cool story, i tried to explain correctly in the ticket(after the answer) that i cant even understand what happening, anyway...

Call and say you need to speak with someone who speaks French, couldn't hurt to try. My company has a procedure for this I think Blizzard would also.

already tried 7-8 months ago and they told me they had no people speaking french in their compagny(i could retry but i doubt)

Call blizzard france, they do have such thing. Google it.. the phone number is listed on battle.net
