3rdparty file missing (Adding routine)

Been trying for the past 3 hours but i cant find a solution to this. I tried putting my Ourobous file into the 3rdparty folder but it still doesnt work. Keeps giving me the missing 3rdparty file error.

Then i tried to put it in legacy folder but am still getting errors

you need to make a 3rdparty.json file and and add it to your addons folder.
