365 D. Ban - 1 Year - How to fight against it?

Hello Guys!

This morning my Account got banned, i were farming Skychards for the Alani mount - Pretty sure ill got reported by people

Now my Question,

Blizzard offers the opportunity to fight against that ban.

Should i be honest and admit that i were botting, just for myself - not ever sold any gold etc.?
Or would you say that it must be a mistake? Like, i used a lot of addons and makros from my Razer Naga ?

Is it the first ban on account or action for botting? And admitting it does not work.

Did you bot on your own ip?

Think i were suspended for 3 Days, 2 years ago or something.
I'm using VPN Hotspotshield ( IP from Netherland - im living in germany)

If you never botted on your ip and account was created on your real ip, and played on it too. MAYBE you can claim hacked, its worked for me before but its never a guarantee.

Unless you went in and changed your password the second you started botting on the VPN, and you never touched the account on your own IP after starting to use the VPN, you won't have any success doing this.

It's too easy for blizz to see right through your argument if the 2 situations above didn't happen.

You won't get reinstated unless you get VERY lucky with the GM you get.
