32-Bit to 64-Bit Systems? 16Gb of Ram?

I currently have a 32 bit system installed and only uses 3.5 or whatever of my RAM..

all the rest is in Harddrive reserve..



In order to use the other i would need to upgrade to a 64 bit system..

Is this correct?

If this is correct..

Will I be able to use HB ?
