Hey guys,

i been running HB for years it only started happening after 7.0.3 patch when i try to log in 32 bit to run HB it comes up Black screen, i can see the cursor hand but nothing else, when i run on 64 bit, no problem runs smoothly but when i put it back to 32 bit it wont boot up and since HB has yet converted to 64bit i cant run it as cant find a process in game.

Anyone had this issue or know maybe a setting i need to change? im sure its simple fix :)

Thanks guys

This is a wow issue and not a HB issue. Repair your WoW client so that 32Bit works again.

In Windows under Programs or simply be re-installing it ^^
Remove all WoW addons first, maybe this fixed it already.

I did a fresh reinstall and it still under 32 bit goes into a black screen, its a brand new laptop have no issues with it on 64 bit, but for some reason on 32 bit it just loads up a black screen with cursor for no reason :(

Didnt quite understand what u mean under programs as running Windows 10 and no idea where is where. You mean under start menu in WoW folder?

you can run a wow repair via Bnet launcher under game settings

also make sure your VGA drivers are updated

I followed a you tube video and updated VGA drivers but said was up to date and i clicked the reset settings in battle net that was only option i could see.

Its weird it runs 64 bit perfectly but nothing on 32 bit :(
