3 month still cannot use my HB ....

Are you running HB *and* WoW as administrator? (Also disable any AV/Firewalls you may have on, to rule them out as well)
I didn't running HB and WoW as administrator, coz I use windows xp, and I always turn off my antivirus when running gb/hb ..
 
Are you fully logged in game when starting HB?
 
clear your "Settings"(in your Hb main folder) folder and try again
 
So... What did you change 3 months ago? I assume it worked before :p.

still can't find out where is my problem ....
doing this /run print(GetCVar('gxApi')) <--- showing SET gxApi "D3D9" in wow chatboz

WoW client already fully (100%) patched

you should not do this: config.wtf SET gxApi to "D3D11" it should be this:SET gxApi "D3D9"

 
after 3 hours update my windows,and succes, so i tried login my wow and HB, but still got same error, maybe i must try to using win 7 might be able to work .. >.<
 
It works also great under XP 32 and XP 64 bit I still have no need to change that.
@TE try a fresh XP install maybee it helps
 
Problem Solved, after i upgraded to win 7
