3 Accounts per IP ?

Does any one think the whole new "theory" about Blizzard banning or looking in to any accounts which share more than 1 IP address holds any truth to it?

I had 4 accounts and I got 1 banned and nothing has ever happened since then, I'd figure they could easily see my other 3 accounts were botting as well.
