3 Accounts banned, 6 month sub, can I refund for time not played?

Mine was 10 y/o account with tons of shit on it including 15 lvl 100's. Wife's account 11 lvl 100's, and just bought a new account that I recently paid the $60 for.

I do have a question, what If I just paid for a 6 month sub and only got 1-2 months out of it? Would I be able to ask for a refund for the months I am not able to play?
