hi! so i got 4/5 banned this morning at 13:07..

and after writing a QQ ticket..
i got an email saying:

Dear totaly fake name, totaly obvious..

The status of your Customer Support ticket # has changed to "Answered."


This is the latest response from Customer Support:
Hi there!

The suspension on your account has now been removed. Should be fine to go login and continue playing now. Enjoy.

my ticket went something like this:

"Harro mr. blizzard.. i has gotten banned for sell of gold for irl monay.. how dis be true when i only has 2k on the account?"

i guess they felt pity with the spelling issues

I am totally laughing that it got overturned with that horrible ticket response and the fact that you got a real human response. lol, so good. I swear, so much of this is "what GM did you get?". Many douche bags and many too nice.
