So I've been running 3 bots for the better part of 2 months now, 1 of them i just added a 60 day time card to like 2 hours before the ban. 
I've appealed all 3 bans, and we'll see how it goes. I will update once I find out. All 3 were running the same setup.

4)What profile were you using?: Modified Azyul Gundrak farming, my own personal GBank deposit in Dal
5)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: Singular 2x Warrior, 1x Paladin
6)What plugins are you using?: BuddyCon and ARelog
7)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 13-15, arelog was set to give them brakes after hearthing and depositing gold/mailing items etc once for lunch, and once for dinner, and then finally for the night.
8)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 75%, I usually had VNC windows open watching the progress of the bots. Go figure one of the few times i was away, they were banned.
9)How many auctions per day did you have?: 0
10)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? Nope
11)Was your account involved in gold selling? One of the accounts did some mild gold selling, the two warriors were not involved at all
12)EU or US realm? US
13)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Paid
