2nd wow account banned character transfer to main safe?

Hey i'm just wondering if it could cause problems to merge my second account which was given a 72hr suspension nearly 2 years ago for botting with my main account which is completely clean for a character transfer?

Basically I want my warrior transferred to my main account and if i merge the two accounts would the previous 72hr suspension be taken into consideration if my main ever receives a suspension?

That said, the GENERAL rule of thumb is to keep your main and your farmers separate ... always.
Blizzard keeps investigations on accounts for YEARS. My main account has been suspended for chat infringement and violations, people do not have senses of humor on my server and I keep doing it (see disclaimer) but, never have been for botting. I was told, by several GMs on different occasions, that all my investigations/suspensions were listed in an "account history" to which they look at when the account is re-flagged and use to base their decisions off of (which sounded/sounds bias as frig to me).

If you merge the accounts ... chances are ... the baggage comes with it; you can never escape the baggage.
