2nd ban in 24 hours

I was banned yesterday at 9pm EST. It was lifted after 2 hours on the phone with a supervisor at midnight or so. Today was doing the same thing sitting in BoT waiting for the rest of my raid to get on. Boom i get disconnected. information invaild. Change password. 72 hour ban for "hacks". And i havent even loaded HB in 3 days now. Didnt do anything today except some Arena matches, and a few Heroics, then was gonna raid and now i'm banned again.

How did you get them to lift the ban? I just got hit and I need to call and get it lifted.

i called them. told the lady on the phone this was rediculous, and i wanted a supervisor. She took my number and the supervisor calls you back in ~2 hours. He took about 45 mins. talked to him for almost 1.5 hours. Read off all the addons i used and the authenticator number and digits of the cdkey. He told me if someone close to me was speedhacking that sometimes they mistaken who it was. And that if its found to be false and not me then you get refunded 2x the time you were banned.
