ive just dinged a 2nd 80 today on my second account and its all thanks to HB 
as far as i know, i have never been reported and recieved no bans.
also, i made my first gold sale (kept it low as a test) of 10k at a rate of $2.1/k which is good for my server apparently... this was a few days ago and i havnt recieved a ban as of yet!
