280% Flying Mount - Is it Worth It ?

As the title states, is it worth splashing out the 4.5k for the 280% Flying Mount. Will it make a great difference as to how much I gather?

i think it will... think, you're only getting 150% of walking speed vs 280% of walking speed ... thats an extra walking +30% vs low... and yes, it makes a difference. Now if you're just started out to botting, then just fly around w/ 150% until u get ur 4.5k ... should take 2-3 days.

I had dk and rogue both running at same time, The rogue had his 280% mount while the dk didn't and the difference in the number of nodes was quite a bit so the speed difference is a big must have. Pala lot better since they get mount speed boost on top of the 280%

Death knights also get +20% speed if specced into it (No reason not to if it's a botting char).

@OP, I defo think it's worth getting the 280%, It's more Herbs/Ore.

yeah its pretty much mandatory. Its a little investment for such a big gain imo.
