276 is crashing D3 when attaching

Here is the error message:

I am running windows 8 64 bit (275 was running fine...) The crashing started when I tried to start 275 and there was the new update, before I could click update it crashed so I grabbed it manually.

I deleted the assemblies and the same is happening. I can try it with a brand new DB install.
