24 hour ban

I had a one day trial with Ryftomate... and I only managed to use it for about an hour due to an issue that I couldn't resolve (it somehow resolved itself just in time for me to try it out).

Somehow, I was caught using third party software and now have a 24 hour ban about 5 days after using it. My server is dead and I was at the screen at all times, no one saw me using it I am almost certain... I was just trying it out!

So that's it... sorry guys not going to invest fully in this product until it is fully undetectable. Other than that, the hour i got to have a go, it seemed like a pretty good bot.
 
"until it is fully undetectable" no bot will ever be fully undetectable. A ban or banwave can happen every day
 
I also only received a 24-hour suspension. I only got to use the bot for a single night to grind 32-34 the day before the patch hit. I was in a very remote area on a low-pop server and was never physically followed (or seen really) by anyone or received whispers.

Funny thing is I did not receive the notification until AFTER logging in, running around, and logging out this afternoon. I did so without the use of Ryftomate.

1 evening of attended grinding on the day before the patch (6-14)
no action until a couple hours after logging OUT this afternoon (6-16)
 
I've never been suspended/banned before now, but I botted one char from 25-49 and was planning to hand-level the last bit so I could get used to all the new skills I'd picked up in that time.

I logged in yesterday after the patch and updated, and went in to play around a little on my level 31 mage. I also logged in this morning and changed his spec around a bit, and RuneBroke some items from my main, with no errors.

When I saw these forum posts I remote'd to my home machine and tried to login and saw the 2003 error (Your account has been suspended or banned...). No email at all so not sure if its perma or 24hr, lets wait and see what they say. If its perm then I'll stop playing Rift, no big deal :)
 
well i used it for about 6 hours total over 2 accounts, the main one i used it on got banned and this is hte email i got back....

I thought after playing my account around 2 o'clock or so that everything was fine, but then I received the email below ~5:00. I made NO such request, but the email states that I did.

Me too, still nothing. I contacted them myself and even here no response so far.
