.220 - Failing to attach to diablo III PID

I have a few machines setup, identical configurations (so i thought)

Only one of them will periodically give me this error:
-Error attaching to diablo III, Failed to create device.

I check D3PID.TXT and it is showing the correct PID of DIII.

I am using DB_RUN_v2.4_Universal.bat to run everything

I believe the interval between starting D3 and DB is long enough for the script to grab the correct PIDs

Is there a fix or workaround for this?

yes & no.... It only works under this situation:

-Wait for diablo to start
-Minimize diablo (alt tab)
-Start DB

Then it correctly attaches to the PID, if DB starts in the background with D3 in focus, it does not work.
