2021 Key Issue

My keys are not showing in the Auth Portal anymore. I was a 2021 Lifetime Key. I do have the key saved and I think it is still active but for some reason it does not show up.

you must be registered with the same email u used in checkout page in order to be able to see your keys

They did show in there for a while. What are the steps for me to fix this?
