2 LIFETIMES KEY HB2 DONT WORKS : HB3 VALIDATE NORMAL : "THIS key has been used "

hello i have problems : in honorbuddy3 my 2 keys working perfectly . But HB2 always i got message : THIS key has been used in the Europe region recently. and closes HB2 . What´s Wrong??
